An Ιnitiative by the organization Mission ANTHROPOS in response to the COVID-19 pandemic:
Reinforcement of the General Hospital of Chios -Chios Health
The coronavirus pandemic has put a great strain on the Greek National Health System, especially in remote areas and in the Greek islands.
The non-profit NGO Mission ANTHROPOS launched a crowdfunding campaign in order to support the General Hospital in the island of Chios.
All proceeds were donated to the Hospital by transferring the amount of money to the Hospital’s bank account, thus subsidizing the cost of hiring one (1) nurse/paramedical staff for one year, in order to reinforce the hospital’s manpower dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic.
