In November 2024, afted a request by the Cultural Educational Association of Roma Women “I Elpida” in Drosero, Xanthi, for preventative vaccinations in view of the new schoolyear, we visited Drosero.
A team of doctor-volunteers examined 71 children, vaccinating 54 of them with a total of 104 vaccines.
This initiative was realised due to the kind support of the Director of the Pediatric Clinic of Xanthi General Hospital, Dimitris Adamidis, in collaboration with 6 doctor volunteers and 10 students of the Public Vocational School for Nursing Assistants of the Xanthi General Hospital.
