The first revisits of the Geriatric Assessment!

We began with the first 2 repetitions of the Geriatric Assessments for the program “Improving the life of seniors II”. With this assessment, we were able to see the changes over the year of the seniors residing in “Kalos Samareitis”.

A warm thanks to the Geriatric Assessment Center of Henry Dunant Hospital Center, who were able to visit the seniors at their location.
