more Geriatric Assessments!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The team of the Geriatric Assessment Center of Henry Dunant Hospital Center visited the Non-Profit Care Home &#8220;Agioi Anargyroi&#8221; in Pagrati, to evaluate 4 cases, as part of the program &#8220;Improving the life of seniors II&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The assessnent included the dietary, mobility and mental needs, and gave specific recommendations to maintain or lengthen their level of functionality!<\/p>\n<p>We warmly thank the Geriatric Team that managed to visit at home these seniors who were unable to transfer to the
