The organization mission ANTHROPOS was honored for its fifteen years of public‑benefit work by the Academy of Athens, the highest intellectual institution of Greece, during its ceremonial session on December 18, 2025.
In the First-Class Awards of the Positive Sciences category, the organization received an Award without prior announcement, in recognition of its provision of medical and pharmaceutical support to vulnerable groups and to individuals without access to healthcare services in Greece and the developing world.
The award was received by the organization’s founder and director, Associate Professor of Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Ms. Ipatia Doussis‑Anagnostopoulou.
