On June 25–26, a celebratory event marked the conclusion of the CIVIS Open Lab: Intergenerational Learning Communities, coordinated by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).
One of the Open Lab’s initiatives was the “Stronger Together: Building Intergenerational Bonds” project by the organization *Apostoli Anthropos*, which involved NKUA students from various departments participating on a voluntary basis.
It was a pleasure to hear the student-volunteers share their experiences from meetings with elderly residents at care homes—meetings aimed at fostering social and physical empowerment through movement.
