Following the Geriatric Assessments that were conducted in the summer with the program “Improving the life of seniors II”, students of the PGP “Physiology of Aging and Geriatric Syndromes” visited the Care Home that the seniors reside.
By talking to the seniors themselves as well as the NPCHE personel, they disscussed the changes in their daily life, according to the suggestions of the Geriatric Team, and their general wellbeing.
The main goal of these visits is to record the implementation of these suggestions and to find creative solutions to help the seniors prolong their functionality.
